ANTI-TERROR TRAINING PROGRAMS

The ACME GROUP is proud to sponsor and conduct around the U.S., its proprietary SAEF Program™. The Program is dedicated to the proposition that with the appropriate degree of security awareness, any group of citizens, a business entity, an entire city and government agencies can take realistic, effective measures to insure their own safety and security, in conjunction and cooperation with government security forces.

The SAEF Program™ consists essentially of two main components; a security awareness training and information seminar, and training in Predictive Profiling™, described below.

SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING

This program trains all non-security and security personnel in becoming aware of their surroundings and environment, focusing on terrorist and criminal intent. The context of the training is the trainee's work, school, neighborhood or other specific environment. The program teaches one to observe human activity carefully, with certain issues in mind, to recognize certain behaviors as potential threat and/or risk within the context environment, and then to respond to the perceived risk or threat with an appropriate set of actions.

The entire focus is on recognition of patterns of behavior indicating threat and/or risk to the protected environment, and acting upon those observations in a manner that avoids, reduces, minimizes or deters entirely any such threat or risk.

After learning to assess and recognize threat and risk, the trainee is taught to act in appropriate and effective ways, including immediate necessary avoidance or deterrence of the threat or risk to minimize damage, when and how to effectively call for appropriate assistance from government and/or private security forces, and how to acquire and preserve information for government authorities to use against the perpetrators of any actions taken or attempted against the protected environment.

PREDICTIVE PROFILING™

This training program, while extremely useful to anyone in any environment, is directed more towards executive personnel, private security forces, law enforcement agents and other personnel directly responsible for the safety and security of people, facilities, commercial entities, public facilities and other such entities.

This training program is in use by numerous government and private security-conscious entities worldwide, and recently in the United States. Training in these techniques has been available in the United States for only the last few years. The theories behind Predictive Profiling™ were developed in Israel and are in use by El Al Israel Airlines. This training is essentially Israeli anti-terrorism expertise presented in a uniquely "American" context, with consideration for all U.S. constitutional requirements that might apply.
